Kela provides assistance and advice to both professionals and private citizens. We assist users of the Kanta services and answer questions about the health and social services reform and patients’ freedom of choice.

Our technical support team collects reports from professionals about problems with the Kanta services, and communicates with both private citizens and professionals if major technical problems are encountered.

Private citizens

Private citizens can ask questions and provide feedback about the Kanta services, the health and social services reform and patients’ freedom of choice by email or by filling in a feedback form.

Before posting feedback or sending a question, it is a good idea to check if the question has already been answered. Frequently asked questions can be accessed here.

We support professionals and systems suppliers with issues related to the Kanta services, the health and social services reform and patients’ freedom of choice.
