A technical problem was discovered in the function for prescription renewal in the text message service. The problem was first observed at 9.48 on 27 August 2020.
Due to the problem, messages in connection with the renewal of prescriptions cannot be sent to some subscriptions.

We are investigating the problem with the service providers.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
