The problem affecting the ability to print out EU Digital COVID Certificates has been fixed.

The problem started on 27.1.2022 at 07.59 and ended on at 11.58.

Caused by a malfunction in the Kanta Services, the problem prevented healthcare providers from printing out COVID certificates.

Users of the OmaKanta e-service were able to retrieve COVID certificates normally despite the problem.
