Extensive interruption in the Kanta Services on 1 May 2021
Updates to Kanta Services carried out on 1 May at 10pm and 12 midnight.
We are carrying out maintenance work in the Kanta Services, as a result of which there will be an interruption in the following services:
- Patient Data Repository
- Patient Data Management Service
- My Kanta Pages: health data will not be available
- Delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries
- Archive of Imaging Data
We request the social welfare and healthcare organisations and pharmacies to prepare for the service interruption. Please try to access the service again after the interruption, if necessary.
