Updating the self-monitoring plan

The social welfare and healthcare providers take care of the information security of the operating environment of information systems and the appropriate protection of sensitive client data via the self-monitoring service.

The obligation to draw up a self-monitoring plan applies to all social welfare and healthcare service providers, pharmacies and Kanta delivery service providers. With the plan, information security and data protection are maintained and developed and the related responsibilities are clarified.

More detailed instructions on updating the self-monitoring plan are available in Finnish and Swedish as the service is only available in these languages.
