The problem detected in the Cross-Border Prescription has ended

The problem started on 03.10.2022 at 11.00 and ended on 11.10.2022.

Due to a technical problem, the dosage instructions accompanying prescriptions were sometimes not transmitted from one EU country to another. In some cases, the instructions were included in the PDF printout of foreign prescriptions. This problem has been fixed.
