A short interruption in Kelain and in the delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries possible on Saturday, 19 September 2020 7am to 6 pm
Due to maintenance work carried out in the Valtori VY network, there may be a short interruption in the Kelain service and in the delivery of electronic prescriptions between different EU countries. The interruption to the service may have an impact on issuing prescriptions in the patient data system if the person issuing the prescription is subject to restrictions with regard to their professional practice rights. In the event of a service interruption, please try to access the service again in a moment.
