Disruption in Suomi.fi e-Identification has ended – MyKanta functioning normally

The problem detected in the MyKanta service has ended. The technical problem was due to problems with the Digital and Population Data Services Agency's (DVV) Suomi.fi e-identification.

The problem started on 21.10.2026 at 16.15 and ended on 21.10.2026 at 21.57.

Due to the malfunction, some users were unable to log into MyKanta.
