Interruptions in the services in April 2024

Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

2 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 2 April 2024 between 8.30pm and 1.30am

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

Please try to access the service again in a while.

3 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 3 April 2024 between 8.30pm and 2.30am

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

4 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 4 April 2024 between 8.30pm and 1.30am

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

8 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 8 April 2024 between 10.00pm and 2.00am

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

13 April: Service break in Kanta Services

Time: 13 April 2024 between 7.45am and 5pm

Maintenance work will be carried out in the Kanta Services, affecting the use of the following services:

  • Kanta Extranet
  • Kelain.

Kanta Extranet will not be available during the service interruption.

For Kelain, it will not be possible to register a new user or modify the customer information of a previously registered user.

14 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 14 April 2024 between 10pm and 4am

Due to maintenance work in the Valtori VY network, there may be short interruptions in Kanta services.

Short interruptions may affect the following:

  • the issuing of prescriptions in the patient data system if the person issuing the prescription is subject to restrictions with regard to their
  • professional practice rights.
  • Kelain service
  • the transfer of electronic prescriptions between EU countries

Valvira’s role and attribute service.

In the event of a service interruption, please try to access the service again later.

15 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 15 April 2024 between 6pm and 9pm

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

17 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 17 April 2024 between 9pm and 11pm

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.
