Due to maintenance work carried out in Kanta, there is a service break in the following service:

26 April: Scheduled maintenance of the Client Data Repository for Social Welfare Services

Time: 26 April 2026 between 9am and 11am

A scheduled maintenance of the Client Data Repository for Social Welfare Services will cause downtime in the following services:

  • Client Data Repository for Social Welfare Services
  • Archivist’s User Interface (only affects the Client Data Repository for Social Welfare Services)
  • MyKanta (only affects the visibility of information from the Client Data Repository for Social Welfare Services)

28 April: Short interruptions in the use of Kanta Services possible

The Kanta Services is carrying out technical maintenance work, due to which there may be short interruptions in the use of the services:

  • National code server
  • Maintenance user interface of the SOTE organisation register in the Kanta Extranet

28 April: Imaging Data Repository is temporarily unavailable

Time: 28 April 2026 between 6pm and 11midnight

System upgrades will be taking place in the Imaging Data Repository between 18:00 and midnight on 28th April 2026. This will cause an interruption in saving and retrieval functionality for diagnostic tests in the Imaging Data Repository.
