5 August: Possible interruptions in the use of the Kanta Services

Time: 5 August 2025 between 6am and 8am

Due to maintenance measures carried out in the Suomi.fi web service, there may be short interruptions in the following service: 

  • MyKanta: Acting on behalf of another person

Please try to access the service again in a little while, if necessary.

21 August: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 21 August 2025 between 8.30pm and 1am

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

Please try to access the service again in a while.

22 August: Interruption in the Kanta Services

Time: on 22 August 2025 between 9.00 am – 10.00 am.

Due to maintenance work carried out in Estonia, there will be interruptions in the following Kanta service:

  • Delivery of e-prescriptions between Estonia and Finland
  • Delivery of patient summary to Estonia

26 August: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 26 August 2025 between 8.30pm and 1am
