Interruptions in the services in January 2024

Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

16 January: Service break in Kanta Services

Time: 16 January 2024 between 7am and 10am

Maintenance work will be carried out in the Kanta Services, affecting the use of the following services:

  • Kanta Extranet
  • Kelain.

Kanta Extranet will not be available during the service interruption.

For Kelain, it will not be possible to register a new user or modify the customer information of a previously registered user.

16 January: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 16 January 2024 between 8.30pm and 12 midnight

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services. 

Please try to access the service again in a while.

31 January: Short interruption in the use of Kanta Services possible

Time: 31 January 2024 between 7.15am and 11am

Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be a short interruption in the use of service:

  • My Kanta Personal Health Record
