1 November: Possible interruptions in the use of the Kanta Services

Time: 1 November 2022 at 6.30am–8am

Due to maintenance measures carried out in the Suomi.fi web service, there may be interruptions in the service My Kanta Pages: Acting on behalf of another person.

Please try to access the service again in a little while, if necessary.

1 November: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 1 November 2022 between 23pm and 3am

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

15 November: Interruption in the Kanta Services

Time: 15 November 2022 between 8pm and 1am

Due to maintenance work carried out in the data system of European Commission, there will be an interruption in the following Kanta service:

  • Delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries
