Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

1 November: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 1 November 2023 between 9:30am and 10am

Due to maintenance work carried out in Estonia, there will be interruption in the following Kanta service:

  • Delivery of e-prescriptions between Estonia and Finland

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

5 November: Possible interruptions in the use of the Kanta Services

Time: 5 November 2023 between 9am and 3pm

Due to maintenance measures carried out in the Suomi.fi web service, there may be interruptions in the following services: 

  • Acting on behalf of another person
  • MyKanta: logging in to the service
  • Kanta PHR
  • Kanta Ekstranet

Please try to access the service again in a little while, if necessary.

6 November: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 6 November 2023 between 8.30pm and 10.30pm

Time: 15 November 2023 between 9:30 am – 10:00 am

Due to maintenance work carried out in Estonia, there will be interruption in the following Kanta service:

  • Delivery of e-prescriptions between Estonia and Finland

16 November: Short interruption in the use of Kanta Services possible

Time: 16 November 2023 between 6am and 7am

Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be short interruptions in the use of the services:

  • MyKanta
  • Kanta PHR: authorization
  • Kanta Ekstranet

16-17 November: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Due to maintenance work carried out in the data system of European Commission, there will be an interruption in the following Kanta service:

  • Delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries
