Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

5th October: Interruption in the Kanta Services

Time: 5 October 2026, 9am – 4pm

Due to maintenance work carried out in the data system of European Commission, there will be an interruption in the following Kanta service between different EU countries:

  • Delivery of e-prescriptions
  • Delivery of patient summary

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
