The problem detected in the Prescription service has ended

Fault notification Written on 15.5.2026

The problem detected in the Prescription service has ended. The problem started on 11.5.2026  at 19.10 and ended on 15.5.2026 at 9.10.

Due to the disturbance, the service was partially out of service.

The Cross-Border Prescription, Kelain and MyKanta were also affected by the problem.
