Accessibility statement of wellbeing data stored in Kanta Services for private customers using the service

This accessibility statement applies to wellbeing data stored in Kanta Services (Kanta PHR service) and to the user interface maintained by Kela, through which the user of the service grants the wellbeing application they are using access rights to wellbeing data stored in Kanta Services. This statement was published on 12 February 2024.

The user interface is accessed from the wellbeing application when the user wants to grant the application the right to store the user's wellbeing data in Kanta Services or process the user's previously stored wellbeing data. More information about wellbeing data stored in Kanta Services is available on the Kanta.fi website. 

The accessibility of the online service has been assessed by Kela.

The service meets accessibility requirements. (WCAG criteria 2.1 levels A and AA)

If you encounter any problems with accessibility on the website, please direct your feedback primarily to the site administrator, Kela. We will respond within two (2) weeks.  
If you are not satisfied with the response, or if you do not receive a response within 2 weeks, you may submit a notification to the Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland. The website of the Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland has detailed instructions on how to submit a notification and an explanation of how the notification will be processed.
