In MyKanta, you can view the wellbeing data and measurement results you have recorded. You can directly save data in the Kanta Services using MyKanta.

The wellbeing data and measurement results you record in MyKanta are only available to you. 

Recording measurement results in MyKanta

How to record your weight, height, heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar directly in the new MyKanta:

Log in to MyKanta at kanta.fi. You can identify yourself using online banking codes or a mobile certificate, for instance.

Go to itse tallennetut tiedot using the menu.

Record and save your measurement results.

Check that your data has been saved correctly.

What wellbeing data and measurement results are recorded in MyKanta?

You can record, view and delete data on your weight, height, heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar directly in MyKanta.

Previously, you may have recorded your activity data, blood sugar measurement results and self-care plans in the Kanta Services using separate wellbeing applications. It is not possible at the moment to save new wellbeing data with wellbeing applications.

In MyKanta, you can view and remove access rights for wellbeing apps. The access rights are also automatically removed one year after the last use.
