Interruptions in the services in December
Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
1 December: Short interruptions possible
Time: 1 December between 6pm and 4am
Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.
Please try to access the service again in a while.
3 December: Short interruptions in the use of Acting on behalf of a minor
Time: 3 December between 6am and 8am
Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of service Acting on behalf of a minor. Please try to access the service again in a while.
5 and 6 December: We are carrying out maintenance work in the Patient Data Repository
Time: starts on 5 December at 7am and ends on 6 December at 4pm.
We estimate that the maintenance work will not cause any interruptions, but it may disrupt the following services:
- Patient Data Repository
- Patient data management service
- Archive of imaging data
- Delivery of medical certificates
- Delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries
- My Kanta Pages: in the event of a service disruption, health data, consents, refusals, and declarations of intent will not be available
Please try to access the service again after the interruption, if necessary.
7 December: Short interruptions in the delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries and in Kelain possible
Time: 7 December between 12 midnight and 4am
Due to maintenance work carried out in the Valtori VY network, there may be short interruptions in the Kelain service and in the delivery of electronic prescriptions between different EU countries. The interruptions to the service may have an impact on issuing prescriptions in the patient data system if the person issuing the prescription is subject to restrictions with regard to their professional practice rights.
In the event of a service interruption, please try to access the service again in a moment.
10 December: Interruption in the use of Kelain
Time: 10 December between 9pm to 10.30pm
The Kanta Services are undergoing technical maintenance, due to which there will be an interruption in the use of Kelain Service. Please try to access the service again in a while.
10 December: Short interruptions may be in the use of Kanta Extranet
Time: 10 December between 11pm and 4am
Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of service Kanta Extranet. Please try to access the service again in a while.
12 December: Interruption in Kela’s reception of medical certificates and reports
Time: 12 December 2020 between 6.00am and 6pm
The reception of Kela’s medical certificates and reports is not available due to updates being made in Kela’s information systems.
When a doctor delivers a certificate to Kela, an error message from the reception service is returned in the patient data system. According to the instructions, the doctor must print out a paper copy of the certificate, sign it manually and hand it to the patient.
