Prescription service extensively down for a period on 25 January 2025
We will be making updates to improve the performance of the Prescription service on 25 January 2025 from 22.00. As a result of the maintenance procedures, services such as the Prescription Centre in Kanta Servicesand the Kelain service will be down for about 2 hours.

We will be making updates to improve the performance of the Prescription service on 25 January 2025 from 22.00. As a result, the service will be down for about 2 hours, during which MyKanta users will not have access to prescription data. Pharmacies and health care units will also not be able to access prescription data during the downtime.

Changes to MyKanta customer service opening hours during Christmas and the New Year
MyKanta customer service will be closed between 24 and 26 December 2024, January 1st, 2025, and January 6th, 2025. The kanta.fi online service provides answers to frequently asked questions. The Kanta assistant chatbot is also available all day, every day.
