The “Care Needs Assessment CDA R2” document is only implemented in the 2023 specification branch. The storage of the “Care Needs Assessment Record” document is only possible with service requests PPA and PPA11, whereby the document is subject to the necessary checks at the time of storage. So-called old service requests (such as PP1) cannot be used to save documents with the additional view Care Needs Assessment (924).
