Requirements for and functional specification of information systems that process declarations of intent in social welfare and health care

The specification describes how the processing of documents regarding declarations of intent shall be implemented in health care and social welfare information systems.

The specification describes the implementation of consent to data sharing, denials of consent to data sharing, information provision, Patient Summary consents, and declarations of intent in information systems.

The specification will be supplemented as new documents for the declaration of intent service are developed.
