This document describes to what extent the CDA R2 specifications of a cross-border prescription deviate from the national specifications Prescription CDA R2 Header (1) and Prescription messages as a CDA R2 structure (2) of the Finnish electronic prescription (specifications in Finnish). In other respects, the prescription and delivery documents of cross-border prescriptions comply with the national CDA R2 specifications of the above-mentioned Finnish electronic prescription.
