This publication describes the functional specifications for structured recording in optometry. The specification will serve as the basis for the implementation of the Patient Data Repository for optometry data. The functional specification provides guidance on the specification of optometry data content and the national general functional specifications and technical guidelines of the Patient Data Repository.
