The “Health Care and Treatment Plan CDA R2 Medical Record Structure” documents are divided into different branches of specification and these branches are not fully forward and backward compatible:
- In the 2023 branch, the clarifications and changes to the generation of the data of the person who made the entry have been taken into account.
- The 2016 branch corresponds to the data content of the THL Code Service.
