Imaging CDA R2 Entries

The “Imaging CDA R2 Entries” document defines the CDA R2 structure for imaging requests, imaging studies and imaging reports.

The “Imaging CDA R2 Entries” specifications are divided into different branches and these branches are not fully forward and backward compatible:

The 2023 branch corresponds to the 202301 data content version of the imaging documents in the THL Code Service. In the branch, the clarifications and changes to the generation of the data of the person who made the entry have been taken into account.
The 2016 branch corresponds to the more recent data content of the THL Code Service.
The 2014 branch corresponds to the data content specified in the THL Code Service in 2013.
