The “Patient Care Report CDA” documents are divided into different branches of specification and these branches are not fully forward and backward compatible:
- The 2023 branch will be taking into account the clarifications and changes to the generation of the data of the person who made the entry have been taken into account; this version has not yet been published.
- The 2016 branch corresponds to the more recent data contents of the THL Code Service.
