A declaration of disclosure must be generated for the sharing of social welfare services documents to another controller outside the Client Data Repository for Social Welfare Services. The declaration of disclosure replaces the current record entry on the sharing of client data and the functionality must be deployed at the latest in the information system complying with the obligation to join as stipulated in the Client Data Act (703/2023). The declarations of disclosure are stored in the national log data file storage service in FHIR format.
