Overseas citizens from the EU countries can use eIDAS identification for accessing some Finnish public administration online services. However, eIDAS identification cannot be used for logging in to My Kanta Pages or Kanta PHR.
One of the following Finnish means of identification can be used for accessing these services:
- online bank IDs
- mobile certificate
- electronic ID card.
