Updates in order to improve performance will be carried out in the Kanta Services and in Kela’s online services on Tuesday, 23 November 2021 between 9pm and 6am, which may result in interruptions in the use of the services.

Maintenance work will be carried out in Kela and the Kanta Services on Tuesday, 23 November 2021 between 9pm and 6am.

The maintenance work may result in interruptions in the use of Kela’s online services.  

Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services:

  • My Kanta Pages, Covid-19 Passport
  • Kanta.fi
  • Kanta Ekstranet
  • My Kanta Pages Personal Health Record
  • Patient Data Repository
  • Client data archive for social welfare services
  • Prescription
  • Cross-border prescription
  • The Archive of Imaging Documents
  • Kelain

During the interruptions, the traffic of Kanta.fi and Kanta Ekstranet will be redirected to a temporary page. Please also note that during the interruption it will not be possible to retrieve a COVID-19 passport from My Kanta Pages. Please save the COVID-19 passport from My Kanta Pages to your phone in advance.

We request the social welfare and healthcare organisations and pharmacies to prepare for the service interruption. Please try to access the service again after the interruption, if necessary.
