Customer service for social welfare and health care professionals and system suppliers will be closed between 25 and 26 December 2023 and on 1 January 2024. Reports of disruption can be submitted 24/7 during Christmas and the New Year.
Customer service for social welfare and health care professionals and system suppliers assists with any questions related to the Kanta Services over the phone and by email. Customer service will be closed between 25 and 26 December 2023 and on 1 January 2024. Otherwise, customer service will be open normally from 7 am to 5 pm.
