The certification process pages have been updated based on client feedback

We redesigned the kanta.fi pages describing the certification process based on client feedback from IT system providers, among other things. The certification process is for verifying the compliance of social welfare and health care services’ IT systems with the relevant requirements.

Content describing the certification process is distributed across multiple pages to better differentiate the various topics. We also aimed to provide clearer descriptions of the mutual responsibilities and roles of the various parties and authorities.

Verification of the database interoperability of the IT system that has joined the Kanta Services is an essential part of the certification process. Because of this, we also improved links to the kanta.fi pages that explain the joint testing process.
