Interruptions in the services in April
Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
8 April: Interruption in the Kanta Services
Time: Thursday 8 April 2021 between 6am and 6.30am
Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance, as a result of which there will be an interruption in the following services:
- My Kanta pages
- Kanta PHR: authorization
Please try to access the service again in a while.
28 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible
Time: 28 April 2021 between 9pm and 11pm
Due to maintenance work carried out in the Valtori VY network, there may be short interruptions in the following services:
- Kelain service
- Delivery of electronic prescriptions between different EU countries
- Valvira role and attribute service
The interruptions to the service may have an impact on issuing prescriptions in the patient data system if the person issuing the prescription is subject to restrictions with regard to their professional practice rights.
