Interruptions in the services in December

1 December: Short interruptions in the use of Kanta Services possible

Time: 1 December between 6pm and 4am

Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

3 December: Short interruptions in the use of Kanta Services possible

Time: 3 December between 6am and 8am

Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be short interruptions in the use of service:

5 and 6 December: We are carrying out maintenance work in the Patient Data Repository

Time: starts on 5 December at 7am and ends on 6 December at 4pm.

We estimate that the maintenance work will not cause any interruptions, but it may disrupt the following services:

• Patient Data Repository
• Patient data management service
• Archive of imaging data
• Delivery of medical certificates
• Delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries
• My Kanta Pages: in the event of a service disruption, health data, consents, refusals, and declarations of intent will not be available

7 December: Short interruptions in the delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries and in Kelain possible

Time: 7 December between 12 midnight and 4am

Due to maintenance work carried out in the Valtori VY network, there may be short interruptions in the Kelain service and in the delivery of electronic prescriptions between different EU countries. The interruptions to the service may have an impact on issuing prescriptions in the patient data system if the person issuing the prescription is subject to restrictions with regard to their professional practice rights.
