Interruptions in the services in December
Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
7 December: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible
Time: 7 December 2021 between 10pm and 2am
Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

9 December: Interruption in the Kanta Services
Time: 9 December 2021 between 5am and 8am
Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance, as a result of which there will be an interruption in the following services:
- Client data archive for social welfare services
- Archivist’s User Interface (only affects the client data archive for social welfare services)

11 December: Interruption in the Kanta Services
Time: 11 December 2021 between 6am and 8am
Maintenance tasks will be carried out on the Kanta Services, due to which the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- My Kanta Pages
- Kanta PHR: authorization
- Kanta Ekstranet

11 December: Interruption in the transmission of medical certificates and statements to Kela
Time: 11 December 2021 between 6am and 8pm
Due to scheduled system deployment at Kela, there will be interruptions in the transmission of electronic medical certificates and statements to Kela between 6am and 8pm.
During the interruption, medical certificates and statements cannot be transmitted from healthcare providers to Kela. Doctors should instead follow the standard instructions and print out any medical certificate they issue on paper, sign it manually, and hand it over to the patient.
