Interruptions in the services in March
Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
7 March: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible
Time: 7 March 2021 between 3pm and 9pm
Due to maintenance work carried out in the Suomi.fi Web Service, there may be short interruptions in the following services:
- Acting on behalf of a minor

13 March 2021: Interruption in the transmission of medical certificates and statements to Kela
Time: 06:00-20:00, 13 March 2021
Due to scheduled system deployment at Kela, there will be interruptions in the transmission of electronic medical certificates and statements to Kela between 06:00 and 20:00.
During the interruption, medical certificates and statements cannot be transmitted from healthcare providers to Kela. Doctors should instead follow the standard instructions and print out any medical certificate they issue on paper, sign it manually, and hand it over to the patient.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
