A short interruption in Kelain and in the delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries possible on Monday, 7 September 2020 between midnight and 4am
Due to maintenance work carried out in the Valtori VY network, there may be a short interruption in the Kelain service and in the delivery of electronic prescriptions between different EU countries. In the event of a service interruption, please try to access the service again in a moment.
Interruptions in the delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries on 9 and 10 September 2020
Due to maintenance work there will be be an interruption in the delivery of electronic prescriptions between different EU countries 10 September 2020 between 9pm to 11pm. During the interruption, Finnish prescriptions cannot be retrieved or dispensed abroad.
There may be interruptins in the delivery of eletronic prescriptions between Croatia and Finland from 9 September 11pm to 10 September 11pm.
There may be interruptins in the delivery of eletronic prescriptions between Portugal and Finland from 9 September daytime to 10 September 11pm.
Service break in the Archive of Imaging Data on Thursday 10 September between 6pm to midnight
The Archive of Imaging Data is undergoing maintenance work which will cause a break in the service. The implemented changes will not affect the service functions. Imaging data cannot be archived during the break.
