If for any reason you are unable to submit a fault report, please report the fault to the Kanta Service technical support at

- or by calling 020 634 7787 (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm).
In addition to sending a fault report form, faults that are critical or have an extensive impact must also be reported by telephone to the technical support.
