A problem has been detected in the Kanta Services. The problem started on 25.3.2024 at 13.35.

Kelain, Cross-Border Prescription and the delivery of medical certificates to KELA are currently only partially available. A problem has been discovered which affects healthcare providers’ ability to print out the Digital COVID Certificate. While the problem persists, the Digital COVID Certificate is not available from healthcare providers. However, it can be retrieved from the My Kanta Pages.
