A problem has been detected in the Prescription service. The problem started on 5.5.2024 at 12.35.

As a result of the disturbance, the Prescription service is slow.

The Cross-Border Prescription, Kelain and My Kanta Pages are also affected by the problem.

The problem is under investigation. The next announcement is given at 15.00 or as the situation
changes.
