Problems creating COVID-19 vaccination certificates for vaccinations given in 2023

Notice - Citizens Written on 11.1.2023 All notices

If you received a COVID-19 vaccination in 2023, your vaccination certificate may not yet be available. Certificates uploaded in 2022 will remain available according to their respective validity periods.

If you still have your certificate for receiving three or more vaccination doses, you can continue to use that certificate. If you need a certificate specifically for a vaccination received in 2023, please ask your health care service provider for a replacement certificate for your most recent vaccination.

If you received your latest COVID-19 vaccination in 2022, your certificate will be normally available on the My Kanta Pages, or you can request it from the health care service provider that gave you the vaccination.

The delays in creating COVID-19 vaccination certificates are caused by problems relating to the introduction of new international registration codes for vaccinations. We apologise for the inconvenience and are doing our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Vaccination details for 2023 will be made available on the My Kanta Pages and on vaccination certificates as soon as we have made the necessary technical changes and health care service providers have entered the information into the Kanta Services.
