Prescription service extensively down for a period on 4 May 2024
We will be making updates to improve the performance of the Prescription service on 4 May 2024 from 22.00. As a result of the maintenance procedures, services such as the Prescription Centre in Kanta Servicesand the Kelain service will be down for about 3 hours.
During the downtime on 4 May 2024:
- pharmacies will be unable to search, store, or fill e-prescriptions or send prescription renewal requests
- health care professionals will be unable to write e-prescriptions, and the Kelain service will be unavailable.
- citizens will be unable to view their prescriptions or request a prescription to be renewed in MyKanta.
We ask pharmacies and social welfare and health care organisations to prepare for the downtime.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
