Disruption in Suomi.fi e-Identification has ended – MyKanta functioning normally

The problem detected in the MyKanta service has ended. The technical problem was due to problems with the Suomi.fi e-identification.

The problem started on 17.9.2025 at 04.15 and ended on 17.9.2025 at 08.23.

Due to the malfunction, logging into MyKanta was not possible.
