Disruption in Suomi.fi e-Identification – affects logging into Kanta Extranet

A technical problem has been detected in the Kanta Extranet login. The technical problem is due to problems with the Suomi.fi e-identification.
Due to the malfunction, some users are unable to log into Kanta Extranet.
The problem appeared at 00:40 on 10/8/2025, and its cause is being investigated.
