Disruption in Suomi.fi e-Identification – affects logging into MyKanta

A technical problem has been detected in the MyKanta login. The technical problem is due to problems with the Suomi.fi e-identification.

Due to the malfunction, some users are unable to log into MyKanta.

The problem appeared at 8.09 on 19/09/2025, and its cause is being investigated.
