Extensive interruption in the use of Kanta Services 16 Jan between 10pm to 12 midnight
We are carrying out maintenance work in the Prescription service, as a result of which the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Prescription Centre
- Delivery of electronic prescriptions between different EU countries – Finnish prescriptions cannot be dispensed abroad during the service interruption
- Kelain
- My Kanta Pages – prescription information is not available and prescriptions cannot be renewed during the service interruption
We request the social welfare and healthcare organisations and pharmacies to prepare for the service interruption.
