Interruptions in the services in January 2026
Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
13 January: Service break in Kanta Services
Time: 13 January 2026 between 7am and 10am
Maintenance work will be carried out in the Kanta Services, affecting the use of the following services:
- Kanta Ekstranet
- Kelain.
Kanta Ekstranet will not be available during the service interruption. For Kelain, it will not be possible to register a new user or modify the customer information of a previously registered user.
13 January: Short interruptions in the use of Kanta Services possible
13 January 2026 between 8am and 10am
The Kanta Services is carrying out technical maintenance work, due to which there may be short interruptions in the use of the services:
- National code server
- Maintenance user interface of the SOTE organisation register in the Kanta Extranet
Please try to access the service again in a while.
14-16 January: Chatbot may be unavailable 14-16 January due to maintenance
Time: 14-16 January 2026 between 7.00am and 9.00am
You may be unable to use the chatbot (only available in Finnish and Swedish) from 14 to 16 January 2026 between 7.00 and 9.00 due to scheduled maintenance.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
27 January: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible
Time: 27 January 2026 between 8.30pm and 00.30am
Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.
