Changes to MyKanta customer service opening hours during Christmas and the New Year
MyKanta customer service will be closed between 25 and 26 December 2023 and on 1 January 2024. The kanta.fi online service provides answers to frequently asked questions.
MyKanta customer service helps with issues related to MyKanta over the telephone and by email. Customer service will be closed between 25 and 26 December 2023 and on 1 January 2024. Otherwise, customer service will be open as normal from 9 am to 4 pm.
