A problem has been detected in Valtori’s VY-verkko service. The problem affects Kelain, Cross-Border Prescription, and Omakanta. The problem started on 23.9.2019 at 9.00.
Due to the malfunction, it is not possible to create new prescriptions with Kelain or other services that use Valvira’s role and attribute service directly. Problems may also occur in Cross-Border Prescription and the prescription logs in My Kanta pages.
The problem is under investigation.
