The production environment of the Kanta services will be undergoing maintenance work on Thursday, 14 February 2019. The work will not result in a loss of service to clients.
It has been noticed in the forwarding of renewal requests that the healthcare services have not received all prescription renewal requests. Some renewal requests may not have been forwarded when several requests have been sent at the same time. Before the maintenance work, these kinds of renewal requests will have become out of date and the clients must submit the renewal request again.
The problem has arisen in healthcare organisation receiving renewal requests with the PUSH model.
